An update from our practice on COVID-19
To help prevent the spread of novel coronavirus, and continue servicing all clients, we have made adjustments to our clinic policies. At this time the clinic is open and seeing all appointments as usual. For those who still prefer to stay home, we have increased the availability of telemedicine appointments. Please call ahead to discuss whether telemedicine is appropriate for your pet. We would also remind owners that if you are sick, or have been around anyone that is suspected of having covid-19 that you avoid coming to the clinic even for pickup/drop off visits.
The clinic door is now LOCKED at all times. After completing a COVID-19 screening, we will allow one person to come in the clinic for appointments with your pet. All exams and treatments will be done in our treatment area, and we ask that owners wait outside or in their cars whenever possible. Masks are required inside the clinic at all times. All food and medication orders are being done with curbside pick-up only. Please call the clinic (905-634-4526) when you arrive.
We have also compiled some online resources to help us navigate the next few weeks. Please do not hesitate to contact the clinic at any time if you have any questions or concerns.

We have returned to regular clinic hours. Please be aware that appointment availability may be limited due to the extra measures in place to ensure only one patient in the clinic at a time whenever possible:
Monday: 9am – 7pm
Tuesday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 1pm
