An update from our practice on COVID-19

To help prevent the spread of novel coronavirus, and continue servicing all clients, we have made adjustments to our clinic policies. At this time the clinic is open and seeing all appointments as usual. For those who still prefer to stay home, we have increased the availability of telemedicine appointments. Please call ahead to discuss whether telemedicine is appropriate for your pet. We would also remind owners that if you are sick, or have been around anyone that is suspected of having covid-19 that you avoid coming to the clinic even for pickup/drop off visits.

Currently our practice is operating with minimal owners allowed to come into the practice. We require everyone entering the building to be wearing a mask and ask that only one person accompany their pet when possible. Please call when you arrive as we are only letting one appointment into the clinic at a time to minimize contact and allow full cleaning between appointments. All exams and treatments will be done in our treatment area, and we ask that owners wait in the exam room or if they prefer they can wait outside or in their cars.  We have limited the number of people allowed in the reception area so if you arrive and there is someone inside already, please wait outside until it is your turn. Please call the clinic (905-634-4526) when you arrive if you would prefer curbside care.

Food & Prescriptions

If you require food and/or prescription refills, please email the clinic ([email protected]) or visit our online webstore. We will contact you once your order is ready, and make payment arrangements and to bring the food out to your
vehicle.

Clinic Hours

We have returned to regular clinic hours. Please be aware that appointment availability may be limited due to the extra measures in place to ensure only one patient in the clinic at a time whenever possible:

Monday: 9am – 7pm

Tuesday – Friday: 9am – 6pm

Saturday: 9am – 1pm
