The first year with a new pet is exciting but also very busy. This plan is designed to ensure you have best access to veterinary care in a convenient and affordable way. For a low monthly fee, this plan includes:

- All appropriate vaccines
- Deworming (3 doses) for the most common intestinal parasites
- Parasite blood screening (4Dx) OR Microchipping
- Fecal testing to look for intestinal parasites
- Included With All Plans:
- 4 complimentary nail trims
- 10% discount on all flea and de-worming products
- 10% discount on diets and vetstore orders (excluding medication)
You can also choose to add a Spay/Neuter procedure as part of this Wellness Plan. This service will include:
- Comprehensive pre-anesthetic exam
- Spay or neuter procedure
- Intravenous fluids and in depth monitoring during anesthesia
- Medications for pain management both during and after the procedure
- Post-operative recheck appointment for suture removal (if needed)
• Surcharge for umbilical hernia, dewclaw removal, cryptorchidism, deciduous tooth extractions, if in heat etc.
• Further hospitalization and diagnostic testing for unwell patients will incur additional fees and are not part of the Wellness Plans.
• A non-refundable one time administration fee of $49.00 is billed at the time of initial enrollment.
KITTEN PLAN

This plan is designed to ensure you have best access to veterinary care in a convenient and affordable way. For a low monthly fee, this plan includes:

- Early detection wellness blood screening – complete blood count and basic chemistry profile
- Fecal testing to look for intestinal parasites
- Parasite Blood Screening (4Dx) to screen for heartworm and three tick borne diseases including Lyme disease

- 10% discount on all flea and de-worming products
- 10% discount on diets and vetstore orders (excluding medication)
You can also choose to add a ROUTINE DENTAL CLEANING as part of your Preventive Plan. This service will include:
- Comprehensive pre-anesthetic exam
- Intravenous fluids and monitoring during anesthesia
- Full oral exam under general anesthetic
- Full mouth dental radiographs
- Scaling above and below the gum line
- Polishing to smooth the tooth surface
- Post-operative recheck appointment with dental care recommendations
