KITTEN PLAN

The first year with a new pet is exciting but also very busy. This plan is designed to ensure you have best access to veterinary care in a convenient and affordable way. For a monthly fee, this plan includes:

    • Four comprehensive physical examinations
    • All appropriate vaccines
    • Deworming (x3) for the most common intestinal parasites
    • Viral testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) OR Microchipping as a permanent means of identification
    • Fecal testing to look for intestinal parasites
    • Four complimentary nail trims
  • Included With All Plans:
    • 10% discount on all flea and de-worming products
    • 10% discount on diets and vetstore orders (excluding medication)

You can also choose to add a Spay/Neuter procedure as part of this Wellness Plan. This service will include:

  • Comprehensive pre-anesthetic exam
  • Spay or neuter procedure
  • Intravenous fluids and in-depth monitoring during anesthesia
  • Medications for pain management both during and after the procedure
  • Post-operative recheck appointment for suture removal (if needed)

• Surcharge for umbilical hernia, dewclaw removal, cryptorchidism, deciduous tooth extractions, if in heat etc.
• Any further hospitalization and diagnostic testing for unwell pets are not part of the Wellness Plans and will be additional charges as appropriate.
• A non-refundable one time administration fee of $49.00 is billed at the time of initial enrollment.
